Fakta                       :

           Announcement Text merupakan ungkapan tentang informasi dalam bentuk  tertulis di Newspaper, Pamflet, Internet, Wall Magazine, Magazine, Television atau terdengar di Radio, Television, dan lain sebagainya.

          Tempat yang biasa membuat dan menggunakan “pengumuman” antara lain”: di  instansi/ perusahaan/ sekolah/ rumah sakit/ Bandara/ Stasiun Kereta/Bus dan lain-lain.

Konsep                     :

Bentuk ini digunakan oleh penggunanya sebagai alat informasi terkait kegiatan di instansi/ perusahaan/ sekolah/ rumah sakit/ Bandara/ Stasiun Kereta/ Bus dan lain-lain.

Prinsip                      :

Announcement  yaitu rangkaian kalimat yang bertujuan menginformasikan kegiatan/ peristiwa penting untuk diketahui oleh masyarakat umum dan khusus.

General Structure     :

Susunan paragraf Announcement adalah

1.        Day, Date and Year

2.        Introduction

3.        Content: The Important information and the reason

4.        Anticipated steps/the important contact person who can solve the problem

5.        Finally closing information.
